Azerbaijan’s Irali Public Union issued a statement to voice a protest
against the decision of the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate
to allocate $8 million to the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh.
According to the statement, "the Congress` decision contradicts
international law, and could hamper U.S.-Azerbaijan relationship and
strategic partnership".
