The Armenian authorities have ‘served the Armenian Genocide to Turkey
on a dish’, but the border has not so far been reopened nor will it,"
Arman Musinyan, Spokesman for Armenia’s first president Chairman of the
Armenian National Congress (ANC) Levon Ter-Petrosyan, told reporters.

The reason for his conclusion is Turkish high-ranking officials’
statements linking the Armenian-Turkish rapprochement to the
Nagorno-Karabakh peace process. "The day the border is reopened,
I will state that the Nagorno-Karabakh problem has been resolved,"
Musikyan said.

He also stated that "after the Zurich deviation the dangerous
developments will intensify in the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process,
which does not promise anything good to Armenia."
