US HOPES ARMENIAN, TURKISH PARLIAMENTS WILL RATIFY PROTOCOLS

The U.S. hopes both parliaments will ratify the protocols, US Assistant
Secretary said.

"We hope that having signed the protocols, the parliaments will
ratify thm and move towards open borders and normalized relations,
Assistant Secretary Philip J. Crowley told a daily press briefing.
