In connection with winning a Nobel Prize of Peace, Serge Sargsyan
congratulated the U.S. president Barack Obama on behalf of Armenian
people.
In his congratulating message, Serge Sargsyan attached importance and
highly assessed the U.S. role as a Minsk group co-chairing country
with its constructive work aimed at settling the Karabakh conflict.
He also expressed his gratitude for the assistance of the
U.S. administration and in particular the assistance of Barack Obama
and Hillary Clinton in the Armenian and Turkish relations.
