ARMENIAN-TURKISH PROTOCOLS BURNT IN YEREVAN

ArmInfo. The regular action of the national initiative ‘Miatsum’
[unification], directed against signing of the Armenian-Turkish
protocols and fulfillment of the Madrid principles, started in
Yerevan today.

The event started at 10:00 AM local time at Kentron district of
Yerevan near the monument to Avetik Isahakyan. The participants in
the event are demonstratively burning a sheet with an inscription
‘Armenian-Turkish Protocols’ and ‘Madrid principles’, throw the ash
in a special bowl and then put their signatures for the demands of the
‘Miatsum’.

The national initiative ‘Miatsum’ is also going to hold similar
actions on 9 and 10 October near the metro stations Barekamutsyun
and Gagegin Nzhde.

Deputy of the Armenian parliament from the Heritage party Zaruhi
Postanjyan is taking part in the action.
