ArmInfo. The Turkish parliament will ratify an agreement with Armenia
only if the Armenian party makes compromises in Nagornyy Karabakh
conflict, director of Hay Dut central office on political issues

Turkish Premier Erdogan’s statement that Armenia and Turkey will sign a
