HERITAGE URGES PRESIDENT TO APPEAL TO RA CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

President Serzh Sargsyan requesting him to appeal to RA Constitutional
Court for the study of preliminary RA-Turkish Protocols," Heritage
Parliamentary Faction Leader Stepan Safaryan told a news conference.
According to Safaryan, the letter urges the President to conduct a
nationwide referendum on RA -Turkish protocols. He also added that
discussions have to start before documents are signed, as there’s no
point in discussions after they’re concluded.
