FAMOUS ANIMATOR ROBERT SAHAKYANTS DIED IN YEREVAN

Famous animator Robert Sahakyants died yesterday in Yerevan after
having serious heart operation. The talented animator was born in
1950, graduated from Yerevan State Pedagogic Institute.
In 1970 Robert Sahakyants started working at Armenfilm Studio as an
animation artist and later as an animation director. He is the author
of 33 animation and about 100 micro films (from 30sec to 3min.)
The fans of Sahakyan’s art enjoy his creations, including `Lilit’,
`Hunters’, `Kikos’, `Talking fish’, `For you, Armenia’, etc.
