Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has sent a letter of congratulation
to President Serzh Sargsyan on Armenia’s Independence anniversary:
"I note with satisfaction the progressive development of close,
friendly relations between Russia and Armenia characterized by mutual
understanding, respect and trust.
I am convinced that Russian-Armenian strategic partnership’s increase
contributes to the social and economical progress of our countries,
serves the cause of peace and stability in Caucasus."
