YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 7, NOYAN TAPAN. Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward
Nalbandian had a phone conversation with the Foreign Minister of Iran
Manouchehr Mottaki on September 4.

According to the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Minister Nalbandian
congratulated Manouchehr Mottaki on being reelected to the post of
Foreign Minister by the parliament of Iran. During the conversation
the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Iran reaffirmed the reciprocal
willingness to continue the efforts towards development and
strengthening of bilateral relations.
