DAVID SHAHNAZARYAN CHALLENGES EX-RA MFA VARDAN OSKANYAN TO PUBLIC DEBATE

serious concerns. Ex-RA President Robert Kocharyan and ex-RA MFA Vardan
Oskanyan are to blame for NKR’s non-involvement in negotiations,"
ANC Coordinating Council member David Shahnazaryan told a news
conference today.

According to him, RA authorities’ stating the necessity for
NKR involvement in negotiation process is a way of shirking the
responsibility.

David Shahnazaryan challenged ex-RA MFA Vardan Oskanyan to public
debate, in order to prove ex -MFA responsible for current situation
in NKR.
