elements from Armenia, yet, practically all the positive messages
are directed here at Azerbaijan, politologist Yervand Bozoyan told
a news conference in Yerevan, emphasizing the danger of artificially
accelerating negotiations’ course.
According to politologist, the parties must form a real idea of current
situation, which proves the parties unprepared to conflict resolution.
"To us, NKR conflict is not only a Karabakh issue. It’s also an issue
of RA security. The armistice between the parties is not a result
of RA and Azeri authorities’~R political will. There’s a balance
between the parties, which, if upset, can bring to inevitable war,"
