/PanARMENIAN.Net/ RA foreign policy draft doctrine will be submitted
within coming days, Shavarsh Kocharyan, Deputy Minister of Foreign
Affairs of Armenia said in Stepanakert, PanARMENIAN.Net reports from
Nagorno Karabakh. According to Mr. Kocharian the concept will clearly
set out principles that will build the Armenian-Turkish relations
and lead towards the solution of the Karabakh problem.
