/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Malatia-Sebastia district’s first instance court has
finished hearings on falsifications during Yerevan Council elections.

Chairman of polling station 8/15 Onik Alexanyan was found guilty
under Article 150 of RA Criminal Code and sentenced to 3 years in
prison. However, thanks to RA parliament’s decision on granting
amnesties, he was released right after court hearing.
