ARMENIANS OF JAVAKHK ARE NOT DIASPORA IN THEIR HOMELAND

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Javakhk Diaspora of Russia issued a comment on
the recent interview Georgian parliament vice speaker Paata Davitaya
rendered to Day.az portal.
"Armenians of Javakhk are not Diaspora in their homeland," the
statement says. "As to dual citizenship, the Georgian Constitution
bans it and no one intends to conflict with the organic law of the
country. We just suggetd that the Presidents consider the possibility
to introduce a number of amendments to allow Armenians living in
Georgia obtain Armenian citizenship," it says, Yerkramas reported.
