5-MAGNITUDE EARTHQUAKE STRIKES ARMENIA ON JUNE 18

YEREVAN, JUNE 18, NOYAN TAPAN. A 4-5-magnitude earthquake struck
Armenia on June 18, at 12:35 local time. Its epicenter was 22 km north
of the village of Garni. NT was informed by the National Service of
Seismic Protection of Armenia that shocks were also felt in adjacent
settlements: Abovian, Yerevan and Garni.
No destruction and victims were reported.
