Armen Chakhalyan, Javahk activist Vahan Chakhalyan’s brother on
fabricated charge of driving without license. After being illegally
kept foe several hours and having undergone physical violence, Arman
Chakyalyan was set free. Yet, his car was dragged away to Akaltsikhe
on an evacuator.
