Russia offers Baku to build nuclear power plant

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Russia is going to offer Baku to build a nuclear
power plant in Azerbaijan.
`Russia has broad experience in implementation of atomic energy
projects abroad,’ said Vyacheslav Sinyugin, RF Deputy Energy Minister.
`Our projects are competitive and we are willing to share ideas with
Baku,’ he said, ANS reported.
