Seyran Ohanyan congratulated Monte Melkonyan military school graduates

congratulated the graduates of Monte Melkonyan military school.
`Officer is an honorable rank. Most of you will join the army and lead
our country along the way of freedom and independence,’ the Minister
said.
He also conferred a medal on graduate Mesrop Mesropyan who saved the
life of his fellow during a training. When a fastener cracked on the
wall of a building on which evacuation of residents was performed,
Lazarian did not succumb to panic and helped his comrade.
