SIDES PREPARING FOR BREAKTHROUGH IN KARABAKH CONFLICT, FASSIER SAYS

Fassier said Thursday that the sides in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict
are preparing for a breakthrough.

"It’s wrong to say that there is no progress in the settlement
process. In the near future, we hope to fix some achievements based
on today’s ministerial agreements," he told journalists in Prague,
Trend Azeri news agency reported.

Armenian and Azerbaijani President met in Prague on the sidelines on
Eastern Partnership Summit. Foreign Ministers of the two countries
were also present at the meeting.
