SOUTH CAUCASUS RUSSIANS MEET IN YEREVAN

The third regional conference of Russians living in South Caucasus
opened in Yerevan today.

The event brought together delegations from Abkhazia, Georgia and
South Ossetia. Representatives of Russian Federation Council and
Ministry of Foreign Affairs have also arrived.

The participants will focus on urgent issues, including the RF
government’s assistance program, status of Russian language in South
Caucasus countries and maintenance of historical heritage.
