Yerevan – APA. "There is a favorable condition to facilitate the
settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict and all the parties realize
it," Russian co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group Yuri Merzlyakov said in
Yerevan, APA reports.
"The co-chairs’ visits to the region at least twice a month,
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov’s visit to Armenia, visits of
Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents to Russia on April 18 and April
23 – all this shows that the opportunities to facilitate the process
of settlement are being considered," he said.
