ArmInfo. On 1 April President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako
Sahakyan met head of the General Staff of the Republic of Armenia’s
Armed forces colonel-general Yuri Khachaturov. As the Central
Information Department of the Office of the NKR President reports,
the issues related to army building and cooperation between the two
Armenian states were discussed at the meeting. NKR defense minister
Movses Hakobyan partook at the talks.
