GENERAL DIRECTOR OF ARMENTEL TO RESIGN HIS OFFICE

The General Director of "Armentel" CJSC Neicho Velichkov sent in
his resignation today. Panorama.am sources inform that a few hours
ago the General Director invited a managerial meeting and announced
about his resignation.

The press service of the company will make announcement about the
General Director’s resignation later.
