DIRECTOR GENERAL OF ‘ARMENTEL’ NEICHO VELICHKOV FILES RESIGNATION

ArmInfo. Director General of ‘ArmenTel’ Company Neicho Velichkov
has filed a resignation, spokeswoman of ‘ArmenTel’Anush Begloyan
told ArmInfo.

She said the resignation has been stipulated for family reasons. The
resignation will come into force on April 2. Before appointment of a
new director general, the Company Financial Director Karen Shahnazaryan
will be the acting director general. To recall, N. Velichkov has been
holding a post of "ArmenTel" Director General since May 19, 2008.
