On March 16 President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing
Arkady Ghukasyan Ambassador-at-Large and bestowing him the rank of
the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of
Armenia, President’s Press Office reported.
