ArmInfo. In 2008 the revenues of VivaCell-MTS totaled 78.47bln AMD, the
operating income – $28.8mln, says the report of MTS Group for 2008.

OIBDA was 41.67bln AMD, OIBDA margin – 53.1%, net income – 548.1mln
AMD. In the fourth quarter of 2008 the revenues totaled 19.9bln AMD
(against 22.6bln AMD in the third quarter), OIBDA was 9.7bln AMD, OIBDA
margin – 49.1%, net income – 137mln AMD. At the end of 2008
VivaCell-MTS had 2.02mln subscribers.

In 2008 ARPU (average revenue per user) was 3,845 AMD, MOU (minutes of
use) – 178 minutes, churn rate – 28%, SAC (subscriber acquisition cost)
– 5,904 AMD. In the fourth quarter of 2008 the indices were 3,485 AMD,
205 minutes, 7.0% and 4,535 AMD, respectively. In 2008 CAPEX totaled
$34.6mln or 13.5% of the revenues. In the fourth quarter of 2008 the
company spent $20mln on fixed assets and $5mln on intangible assets.

The total revenues of MTS Group totaled $10.2bln, OIBDA – $5.1bln,
OIBDA margin – 50.2%, operating income – $3.2bln, net income –
$1.93bln. At the end of 2008 MTS Group had a total of 95.66mln
subscribers.
