Azeri FM invited to Yerevan for BSEC Foreign Ministers Council meeting

received an invitation from the Armenian MFA to attend the BSEC
Foreign Ministers Council meeting due in Yerevan on April 16, Azeri
media reports say.
Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan has already confirmed his
participation.
