Legal system of Armenia is not developing

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Many issues in Armenia are connected with the
establishment of independent legal system in RA,â?? RA
Ombudsman Armen Harutyunyan specified in his 2008 Report on Human
Rights Protection. â??Despite the reforms implemented, RA
legal system has no tendency for development. Recent surveys
registered a low level of trust toward legal system among RA
citizens.â??
â??We need time to promote and strengthen the democracy in
Armenia. Development of legal system will be possible only if
thereâ??s a strong determination to establish democracy in
the country,â?? the Ombudsman emphasized.
