The Summit of the EU Foreign Ministers opens in Brussels today under
presidency of Czech Foreign Minister Karel Schwarzenberg.
The Eastern Partnership fundamentals are on the agenda.
The Eastern Partnership, endorsed by European Commission on Dec. 3,
2008, aims to stimulate a closer cooperation between Armenian, Georgia,
Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus.
