COMMITTEE FOR PROTECTION OF ZHIRAYR SEFILIAN’S RA CITIZENSHIP RIGHT CREATED

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 3, NOYAN TAPAN. The companions-in-arms and supporters
of Zhirayr Sefilian, the Commander of the Shoushi special battalion, a
citizen of Lebanon, created a committee for protection of Z. Sefilian’s
RA citizenship right in January. According to committee’s February
3 statement, organization’s goal is to protect the rights of all
Armenians who as Armenians, as people having provided services to the
homeland are worthy of being granted RA citizenship. "We will act in
the RA legislative sphere and at the same time within the framework
of the international law," the committee statement read.
