PRESIDENT SAHAKYAN SIGNS DECREES
On 31 January President of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan
signed a decree on dismissing Eduard Atanesyan as Deputy Minister of
Foreign Affairs of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and appointing him as
Assistant to the President of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
On the same day the President signed another decree on dismissing
Vardan Barseghyan as the Standing representative of Nagorno-Karabakh
Republic to the USA and appointing him as Deputy Minister of Foreign
Affairs of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. This has been reported by
information administration of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
