Dear compatriots, commanders and soldiers of the Armenian Army,
I warmly congratulate you on the occasion of the Army Day.
The Armenian Army was one of the most important achievements of
our independent statehood. The fighting spirit of the Armenian
Armed Forces, its fighting skills and patriotism are grounded on
the freedom-loving of our people, the glorious way passed by our
commanders and experience, the feats and patriotism of our soldiers.
Today, when the world faces the task of resisting the challenges
threatening the peace, the Armenian Army not only safely defends
the borders of our state, but also participates in the international
peacekeeping processes, carrying out its mission with dignity.
Once again congratulating all of us on the occasion of the 17th
anniversary of the Armenian Army, I wish you peace and prosperity."
