"I can not say whether any progress has been attained at the meeting,
but I feel that there is a progress", said OSCE Minsk Group co-chair of
USA Matthew Bryza at the session of the Foreign Ministers of the OSCE
member-states, commenting on yesterday’s and today’s talks on Karabakh.
Bryza also noted that "there is a start of trust" between the
Presidents.
Answering the question, whi name to use – Khankendi or Stepanakert,
Bryza answered: "Use the name, which you like – Khankendi or
Stepanakert".
