According to US deputy State Secretary Daniel Fried, `The August
developments demonstrated how disastrous the wars can be. I believe
Azerbaijan is well conscious that Karabakh conflict can’t have military
solution. OSCE Minsk Group is working for the settlement of this
conflict. Peace and negotiation is the only solution to this conflict.
The principle of the territorial integrity is not the only. There are
other principles as well. One of them is the principle of the nations’
sovereignty. In my view my clarification will be of great help.’
