ArmInfo. Republican Party of Armenia did not aim to give speaker
of the parliament, RPA deputy chairman Tigran Torosyan the ax, RPA
press-secretary, deputy of the parliament Edward Sharmazanov said at
today’s press-conference.
He also added it was a surprise for the RPA members that speaker
of the parliament Tigran Torosyan has principle disagreements
regarding inner-party problems. ‘We connect it with Tigran Torosyan’s
sensibility. If Torosyan had serious disagreements, it would be
expressed during his voting at the party council sittings. I do
not remember any case when Torosyan voted against any decision, –
Sharmazanov said and added one cannot put personal ambitions higher
of the states interests.
