Armenia’s Agriculture Sees 6.9% Growth

YEREVAN, September 13. /ARKA/. Armenia’s agricultural growth has
reached 6.9% with plant growing and cattle breeding rising 9.8% and
4.4%, RA Minister of Agriculture Aramis Grigoryan said during his
meeting with RA President Serzh Sargsyan.

The minister introduced the president to the current situation in local
agricultural sector and gave preliminary estimates for the crop.

President Sargsyan charged the minister to see to it that local
processing enterprises pay farmers in time.

The president instructed the minister to supply farms with high-quality
