FORMER BAKU GOALKEEPER TO PLAY IN ARMENIA

Baku. Elshen Mammedov – APA-SPORT. Former FC Baku goalkeeper Soso
Grishikashvili will continue his career in Armenian FC Mika, APA-SPORT
reports.
The 34-aged has signed one-year deal with the team. FC Baku transferred
the player in summer 2005. He was included in the bid for the UEFA
Cup first qualifying match against FC jilina (Slovak Republic) though
the goalkeeper spent both legs in reserve.
The goalkeeper hadn’t got an opportunity to show himself for 3+2
legionnaire limit in 2005/06 season. In result, the club decided to
break the agreement.
The goalkeeper took part in several Georgian clubs, as FC Kacheti,
FC Metallurg, FC Dinamo (Tbilisi), FC Tbilisi (Georgia), Russian FC
Spartak (Vladigafgaz), FC Alania, as well as FC Ventspils (Lithuania).
