Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Georgian President Mikheil
Saakashvili joined Turkish President Abdullah Gul to break ground for
the part of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway in Turkish soil. Gul called on
Armenia to participate in the project that would revive the historical
Silk Road.
