NGK ITERA is going to construct a plant for the production of
construction materials in Armenia. In Armenia NGK ITERA holds 5.06%
of shares of ArmRosgazprom – a monopolist in supply and distribution
of Russian gas in Armenia, other shareholders are Gazprom (72.16%
of shares) and the Power Engineering Ministry of Armenia (22.78%),
the company reports on its website.
