Azerbaijan demands -Armenia’s removal from negotiation
process,- according to Novruz Mammadov, head of the
international relations department at the Azerbaijani
president’s administration.

-If Armenia moves away under a condition not to
interfere in Azerbaijan’s internal affairs, we can
agree to hold talks with the Armenian community,- he
said, Trend Azeri news agency reports.
