NONLIFE INSURANCE LICENCE GRANTED TO LONDON-YEREVAN Co INSURANCE COMPANY

YEREVAN, MAY 6, NOYAN TAPAN. At the May 6 sitting of the Central Bank
of Armenia (CBA) Board, which was conducted by the CBA deputy chairman
Arthur Javadian, London-Yerevan Co LLC was granted a new – nonlife
reinsurance licence, while Hov-Sak LLC received a licence for
orgranizations of pawnshops.

NT was informed by the CBA press service that by the Board’s decision,
Araz and Kamela branches of Malatia Universal Credit Organization LLC
were registered.
