CHAIRMAN OF POLLING STATION COMMISSION N 13/10 SENTENCED TO 2 YEARS’ IMPRISONMENT

YEREVAN, APRIL 17, NOYAN TAPAN. By the sentence of the general
jurisdiction court of Yerevan’s Erebuni and Nubarashen communities,
Seyran Mkrtumian, the Chairman of polling station commission N 13/10
of Erebuni community, was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment. As
Noyan Tapan was informed by Alina Yengoyan, the Spokesperson of
the RA Cassation Court, by court’s decision the commission Chairman
was found guilty for committing a crime envisaged by Article 150,
RA Criminal Code, Rigging Results of Elections or Voting.
