Yerevan-APA. "OSCE focuses on negotiations process on the solution
to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict", Heikki Talvitie , OSCE Chairman’s
Special Representative stated at the meeting with Vartan Oskanian,
Armenian Foreign Minister , APA reports quoting Novosti-Armenia.
They have discussed the prospects of settlement of Nagorno Karabakh
conflict at the meeting.
Heikki Talvitie has visited Armenia to participate in the oath-taking
ceremony of Serzh Sarkisian.
