ArmInfo. By RA President Robert Kocharyan’s decree, deputy Defense
Minister of Armenia, Lieutenant-General Manvel Grigoryan was dismissed
from office today, the presidential press service told ArmInfo.
To recall, during the rallies of the opposition, held in Yerevan from
February 20 to 29, the first President of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan
said that Manvel Grigoryan came over the opposition.
