BRYZA: IT’S TIME TO ARRIVE AT A COMMON OPINION ON "BASIC PRINCIPLES"

"Washington considers that Azerbaijan and Armenia must arrive at a
common opinion on the "basic principles" of the Karabakh conflict
settlement. Time has come to move forward in agreeing on the basic
principles," the US Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Matthew Bryza
told Trend on Sunday.

To remind, at the end of 2007 the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs presented
the document of basic principles of resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh
conflict to the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
