The Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand Samak Sundaravej
congratulated RA Prime Minister Serge Sargsyan on his victory in the
presidential elections. The message says, in par:

"I have the honor to convey warm congratulations and wishes on behalf
of the government and people of Thailand to Your Excellency on the
occasion of your election to the post of the President of the Republic
of Armenia.

I’m sure that under your efficient guidance the friendly relations
between the Kingdom of Thailand and the Republic of Armenia will
continue developing for the benefit of our countries and peoples."
