PUTIN ENDORSES ARMENIAN PRESIDENT
Moscow, 6 March: Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone
conversation with acting Armenian President Robert Kocharyan today,
the Kremlin’s press service has reported.
"In view of an unstable situation which followed the presidential
election there, Putin said he was confidentthat measures taken by the
Armenian leadership would ensure constitutional order in that
country," the pressservice reported.
