KOSOVO AS A PRECEDENT

The OSCE representative considers Kosovo a precedent for the
settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
`Despite the existing differences between the problems of Kosovo and
Nagorno Karabakh, the Kosovo model of conflict settlement may become a
precedent for the solution of the Karabakh issue,’ OSCE Senior Advisor
Dov Lints announced yesterday.
