RUSSIAN FM MADE A STATEMENT ON THE INCIDENT IN THE CONTACT LINE BETWEEN AZERBAIJANI AND ARMENIAN TROOPS

Moscow – APA. Russian Foreign Ministry made a statement on the incident
in the contact line between Azerbaijani and Armenian troops.
APA quoting RIA-Novosty reports, according to Russian Foreign Ministry
Press Service, Moscow is concerned about the armed confrontation
around Terter River in the northern part of contact line. "It is
urgent to prevent turning of this confrontation into large-scale
military operations". Russian Foreign Ministry called on all conflict
parties to return to the status-quo. "Therefore, it is necessary to
implement agreement signed on February 4, 1995 for the strengthening
of ceasefire regime".
